Where can I find the new Falcon Scout in Fortnite?

Finding one of these items is relatively easy. They spawn in regular Chests, Oathbound Chests, Supply Drops, and on the ground. Additionally, don’t forget to check the loot of players that you eliminate. One of your opponents could certainly drop one. After acquiring the gadget, the next step is understanding how best to use it.

How to use the new drone item in Fortnite

The Falcon Scout is quite a robust item compared to others we have seen in Fortnite. Marvel fans might equate it to The Falcon’s Redwing gadget.

To pilot the Falcon Scout, you must press the primary fire button. Then, you have many options: scanning for enemies, pinging and placing markers, picking up items, Reboot Cards, and downed players. First, you can check the immediate area by using your attack button. The radius covers a sizable distance, which is a beneficial feature.

Another function allows you to ping and place markers, which you can do by clicking the scroll wheel or left on the D-pad. The final and perhaps most crucial is the ability to pick up items, Reboot Cards, and knocked players. You can do this by pressing the “F” key on the default settings.
The Falcon Scout also offers a speed boost via the sprint key, allowing you to evade enemy fire. However, it’s worth noting that the gadget will stop working if fired upon by enemies or goes out of range.
Overall, this is a unique addition to Fortnite Battle Royale and worth exploring.
