Mephisto has arrived in Fortnite amid the Fortnitemares 2024 event. Players can purchase him as a playable skin in the game and visit him during a match.
There are plenty of reasons to grace Mephisto with your presence, whether you are a Marvel fan or trying to knock out the Fortnitemares 2024 challenges. This article explains where to find Mephisto in Fortnite and how to "strike a deal."
Where is Mephisto in Fortnite?
The map above via Fortnite.GG showcases precisely where Mephisto spawns. You can find him sitting atop a throne at the Underworld point of interest (POI). Mephisto's building is on the far west side of the location, and he does not roam around, so it should be pretty easy to find him.
Depending on your lobby, you shouldn't encounter too many others trying to converse with Mephisto, but that may not always be the case. Once you find him, there are several options. Two of them will help you complete a Fortnitemares quest.

How to bargain with Mephisto
In addition to learning more about the current Marvel storyline, two options will fulfill the "make a deal with Mephisto" quest. You can find the quest under the Nitemare Three group under Fortnitemares 2024.
Once you find out where Mephisto is in Fortnite, here are the two options:
- Mephisto's Gift - Sacrifice 20 health for a random weapon
- Mephisto's Bargain - Revive your entire team in exchange for 99 health
Mephisto's Gift is the easiest of the two options, especially if you're playing a solo match. It only requires 20 health, and you will instantly complete the quest. After receiving the "quest complete" notification, you will earn 20K XP and one of the free Fortnitemares rewards.
Fortnitemares 2024 runs through the end of Chapter 5 Season 4 in early November, so you still have some time to complete these quests!
