Get ready to hunt down Tinkatink in Pokémon GO.
The start of the Pokémon Horizons Celebration event in Pokémon GO means we can finally get the adorable and iconic Tinkatink in the game for the first time. Not only is this a generally awesome looking Pokémon, but it arrives with two evolutions, Tinkatuff and Tinkaton. That means we have three new PokéDex entries to chase.
In addition, it seems that Tinkaton will be a really strong PvP Pokémon. For the best IV's, you'll need to trade this Pokémon - so getting as many as you can will be crucial.
Here are all the ways you can currently get your hands on Tinkatink in Pokémon GO so you can make the most of its arrival into the game!
How to get Tinkatink in Pokémon GO
Sadly, Tinkatink is not appearing in the wild during this event. You will not be able to capture a Tinkatink walking around your local area. Instead, you'll need one of the two other methods in order to add this Pokémon to your PokéDex.

Hatch Eggs to get Tinkatink
The primary way that you'll be hunting Tinkatink in Pokémon GO will be through 7 km Eggs. These are the Eggs you get from opening gifts. Sadly, you're limited on how many gifts you can open but with Incubators being a paid resource for most Trainers this won't be a problem.

The Horizons Celebration Event does have a 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance bonus, so this should help make this grind a bit more manageable. Remember you need to hatch Eggs obtained during the event times. Existing 7 km Eggs won't contain Tinkatink.
Once the event is over, you can still hatch Tinkatink. It will be added to the 10 km Egg pool after the event is finished next Tuesday.
Paid Timed Research also has Tinkatink
There is another way to get a couple more Tinkatink for your collection. Sadly, you'll need to purchase the Paid Timed Research for the event. This is priced at $4.99. The free Timed Research does not have Tinatink. In addition, Tinkatink is not in any of the Field Research during this Pokémon GO event either.
Tinkatink is behind the "Take a snapshot with your buddy" and "Hatch 2 Eggs" tasks in the Research. You'll also get 5 Tinkatink candy (woah!) upon completion.
