Welcome to the VALORANT 2026 Season! To celebrate the beginning of a new era in the game, Riot Games and Discord are partnering with a new, unique Viper avatar decoration. To get it in your profile, you won't need to do much, so let's dive into it.
Viper Mask avatar decoration in Discord
The Alpha vs. Omega quest is already available in Discord. As a reward, the players can get a limited Viper Mask avatar decoration for their profiles. However, you won't have much time to get it. You have to complete the quest by Jan. 14, 2026. Otherwise, you will lose your chance to get the reward.
Here is a step-by-step guide to activate the Discord quest and get your unique avatar decoration:
- Log in to Discord
- Open the Quests menu
- Accept the Quest
- Play VALORANT for 15 minutes with your Discord client open to unlock the Viper Mask avatar decoration
You can keep the avatar decoration if you have a Discord Nitro subscription.
Where to find the Quests menu
In case you can't locate the quests menu, don't worry. All you need to do is click on the Discord icon on the top left of your app. This will open your last direct message. Above the conversations, you'll find various menu options, and the Quest will be the fourth.
In the All Quests option, you'll have two VALORANT quests: the Alpha vs. Omega that gives you the Viper Mask avatar decoration and the "Why We Fight Back." To complete this one, you'll need to watch the cinematic. As a reward, you'll get 700 Discord Orbs to buy profile decorations in the store.
Remember that you can't put the cinematic in the second screen and do anything else. The quest will stop if you click in other thing. You'll need about three minutes to complete, so it's worth the time.
