Looking for a new pet in World of Warcraft? Seems like the game’s newest Twitch Drop will get you one.
Ready for a new World of Warcraft (WoW) Twitch Drop? The popular game just announced a brand new Drop that players can receive through Twitch. So, what is this new WoW Twitch Drop? And how does someone get it? Here is everything you need to know.
What is the new WoW Twitch Drop?
WoW is notorious for having new Twitch Drops all the time. From new items to pets and more, there is always something lurking around the corner that Blizzard and Twitch are waiting to team up and release.

WoW's newest Drop is a new pet: Beetriz. This maidenbug pet is a tiny bug that can be achieved only through Twitch Drops. Pets in WoW serve multiple functions, as they can be used to hunt, fight and more.
So, essentially, a pet in WoW is like a Pokémon. Gotta catch 'em all, am I right?
How to get new Twitch Drop
Getting the maidenbug pet, Beetriz, through a Twitch Drop is quite easy. All you have to do is watch streamers who are streaming the game and have Drops Enabled for four hours. Once you have completed this task, Beetriz will show up in your inventory of pets.

However, there is a strict timeline you have to watch these streams in order to get the Twitch Drop:
- Start Time: April 22, 10:00 am PDT
- End Time: May 20, 10:00 am PDT
Okay, so maybe not so strict, as you will have almost a month to complete the challenge. You do not have to watch four hours of Twitch streams in one sitting, either. You can divvy up your time and watch streams whenever you are available.
