February is coming to an end, but before it does, the College Carball Association is hosting another large collegiate Fortnite tournament. This time, the Zero Build stars will have a chance to show what they are made of.

With $50,000 USD on the line, Collegiate Fortnite is setting up a variety of storylines that you do not want to miss.

Gear up to watch the best of the best collegiate Zero Build trios face off in the CCA February Fortnite event

Beginning on February 23 is the open qualifiers for the CCA Zero Build Trios event. Participants were required to register by February 19, so if you came here looking for a way to play, you are out of luck.

The finals event will be taking place on February 28.

Regardless, the best of the best collegiate Zero Build players are preparing themselves, as only 33 teams will qualify out of opens. The tournament will be held on NA-East servers with NA-West players still able to participate.

Here is the tournament's prize pool:

  • 1st - $12,000
  • 2nd - $7,500
  • 3rd - $6,000
  • 4th - $4,500
  • 5th - $3,000
  • 6th - $2,500
  • 7th - $2,200
  • 8th - $1,800
  • 9th - $1,500
  • 10th - $1,200
  • 11th - $1,100
  • 12th - $1,000
  • 13th-15th - $900
  • 16th-20th - $600

The top 20 teams in finals will be walking out with cash in their pockets. This means that only 13 teams that qualify will end their tournament empty-handed. This is a bit of a change from the CCA's Solo event in January, where only the top 50 players made money.

CCA is continuing to put opportunities into the hands of students, as they keep hosting these large prize pool collegiate events.
