Returning for the Chinese region are Perfect World, who have helmed the CN DPC since 2021. In the tournament description, Perfect World states it is the organizer and producer of the DPC in China for the upcoming season,

The SEA region will be tackled by Epulze, a european organization with a large Southeast Asian presence. Epulze current employees casters Richie "SeekNStrike" Garcia and Alvaro "Avo+" Sanchez Velasco, with the pair based in Malaysia. It’s likely the production for the SEA league will also take place in Malaysia.

And in EEU, newcomers Paragon Events will take on the tournament. On their website, the company claims to have experience hosting over 100 esports events, for five different esports. Reportedly, he company were part of the production team for Epicenter 2016 and the first two Epicenter events. However, CEO Aleksander Zavoloka recently stated that the company has no affiliation with blacklisted tournament organizer Epic Esports Events, and has not worked with esforce or their associated companies since 2017.

Overall, the information on the upcoming season is sparse for now. The identity of the three remaining TOs for Tour 1 is unknown. And whether we will find out an update through official announcements, or through more in-client leaks remains to be seen. It's likely, however, Valve is waiting until all the TOs have been decided before revealing all.
