Team Aster has always been a powerhouse of the region, not missing a single Major for the past few seasons. But with the addition of Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan in the midlane, Aster popped off remarkably. The team now holds a 5-0 win streak, only dropping a single match against Xtreme Gaming. But they have yet to complete their DPC journey, with Invictus Gaming and PSG.LGD waiting to clash against the unique lineup.

Nevertheless, this is the first time SumaiL officially qualifies for a Dota 2 Major since WePlay AniMajor in 2021. The king or now, the emperor is definitely back and we'll see him alongside Team Aster on the Bali Major stage next month.

Li "niu" Kongbo, the new offlaner for PSG.LGD seems to be meshing well with his new team in Tour 3 DPC. He formerly played for Vici Gaming but with PSG.LGD, he will finally attend his first-ever Valve Major. LGD has beaten five teams including the prominent Azure Ray. However, they have yet to face the Chinese strongest contenders, namely Xtreme Gaming and Team Aster.

More Bali Major teams ahead

Tour 3 DPC is concluding soon as we wrapped up the second week. Team Aster and PSG.LGD may take a breather as they have secured their Bali Major slots. However, more glories and heartbreaks will come as results solidify. Some teams will make it to the Bali Major in Indonesia while some will have to sit back from the third Dota 2 Major.
