Squid Game Season 3 trailer

Here is the official Squid Game Season 3 trailer. According to Netflix, Season 3 picks up after the bloody fallout of Season 2, with Gi-hun at his lowest point and facing deadlier games than ever. As new betrayals unfold and the stakes rise, he must make difficult choices while In-ho resumes his duties as Front Man.

Netflix also posted the teaser below back in January. The social media post for it included a video featuring an animatronic doll named Chul-su. This doll also appeared in the mid-credits scene after the final episode of Squid Game Season 2.

Interestingly, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, director Hwang Dong-hyuk revealed that Squid Game Season 3 was written and filmed back-to-back with Season 2.

"I wrote Seasons 2 and 3 back-to-back, we filmed them back-to-back, and it’s currently in post," he said. "It’s going to arrive sometime in 2025."
