Bleach is coming to Fortnite. Here is a release date and a complete list of skins included in the collaboration.
It was announced only a few weeks ago that Bleach was doing a collaboration with Fortnite, exciting quite a few anime enthusiasts who play the popular Battle Royale. So, when will the Soul Reapers join the game? And what skins will players be able to get with the collaboration?
Fortnite x Bleach collaboration: Release date and more
Bleach first aired back in 2006, competing with popular anime such as Naruto and One Piece. However heavy the competition was, the anime kept itself in the limelight, with its final season planned to air in 2026.
In fact, its collaboration with Fortnite is long overdue, as many fans have been asking for the skins to join the game for years now. Ever since 2021, when Fortnite started to include popular anime skins in the game, fans have been begging for Bleach to get a collaboration with the game.
Well, now, fans will be able to purchase the skins in the Item Shop starting December 20. This collaboration coincides directly with Winterfest, which features a plethora of skins and cosmetics.
This is a limited-time event, however, so make sure you grab the skins in the Item Shop the second they drop.
Included skins
While Bleach has a huge arsenal of characters to include as skins in Fortnite, the game can only add a few for the first collaboration. However, that does not mean that there will not be more collaborations with the anime in the future. Both Naruto and Dragon Ball have had various drops within the game, featuring multiple skins.
However, it looks as if Fortnite is planning on featuring four of the main characters in its first Bleach collaboration. Here are the first Bleach skins coming to Fortnite:
- Rukia
- Ichigo
- Uryu
- Orihime
This is a direct representation of the Soul Society. While only Rukia and Ichigo are Soul Reapers, Uryu and Orihime have been seen fighting for the Soul Society for multiple seasons, making them just as much a part of the group as others.
