The Cult of Chucky has just entered the Fog.
The newest Dead by Daylight DLC chapter brings the infamous killer doll, Chucky, to the game. He will be voiced by Brad Dourif, who has played the part since 1998. This DLC will be available on November 28, 2023.
Behaviour Interactive, the studio behind the massively popular asymmetrical multiplayer horror game, announced that Chucky was coming to Dead by Daylight (DBD) on November 8, 2023. The new killer will bring a unique fixed third-person camera due to his extremely short size as well as a trail of footprints.
What are Chucky's abilities in Dead by Daylight?
Chucky, AKA The Good Guy, will have some very unique abilities in Dead by Daylight due to his small size. All of Chucky’s abilities from the Dead by Daylight patch notes are listed below.
Special Abilities
Killer Power: Chucky, also called The Good Guy, will be able to switch between two modes. These modes are Normal Mode and Hidey-Ho Mode. Since Chucky is so short, he will also leave behind a trail of footprints for survivors to see.
The Good Guy Special Ability: Hidey-Ho Mode: Hidey-Ho mode lasts for fourteen seconds and allows Chucky to have zero Terror Radius as well as decoy footprints and audio all over the map.
Special Attack: Slice & Dice: Chucky, while in Hidey-Ho mode, can charge up a sprint that triggers an attack when the Special Attack button is released.
Special Ability: Scamper: While using Hidey-Ho mode, Chucky can scamper underneath a pallet quickly without breaking it.

- Anytime you are stunned or blinded by a Survivor 4/3/2 times, if there is no Hex Totem associated with this Perk, a Dull Totem becomes a Hex Totem. While the Hex Totem stands, Survivors who stun or blind you get blinded for 1.5 seconds.
- Friends 'Til the End
- When you hook a Survivor that is not the Obsession, the Obsession becomes exposed for 20 seconds and reveals their aura for 6/8/10 seconds. When you hook the Obsession, another random Survivor screams and reveals their position and becomes the Obsession.

- When within 12 meters of a completed Generator, you have 5% Haste. The movement speed bnous lingers for 1/3/5 seconds when you are no longer in range.
What else is coming with the Chucky DLC in Dead by Daylight?
Behaviour Interactive revealed that players will be able to customise their Good Guy into a Good Gal. This outfit is, of course, Tiffany Valentine as the Bride of Chucky in her iconic white dress and black leather jacket. Jennifer Tilly is voicing the character, as she has held the role since 1998. Sadly, the teaser trailer did not reveal any new map or survivor characters. No Andy Barclay?
Chucky and Tiffany now join the ranks of other massively popular horror icons in Dead By Daylight, like Scream’s Ghostface, Hellraiser’s Pinhead, Halloween’s Michael Meyers, Saw’s Pighead, Resident Evil’s Nemesis, and Nicolas Cage.
