Here’s how to obtain some free card packs during and after this event!

New expansion, new theorycrafting event! Ahead of the Hearthstone Perils in Paradise launch date, the community is getting a theorycrafting event featuring invited players. These guests will stream their Perils in Paradise shenanigans on Twitch. This event will also feature some free card packs.

Hearthstone Perils in Paradise theorycrafting event

The Perils in Paradise theorycrafting event will kick off on July 17 at 9 a.m. PDT for North America (NA), Latin America (LATAM), and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Next, Asia-Pacific (APAC) players will duke it out on July 18 starting at 2 a.m. PDT.

In terms of what else to expect, all of the participants will need to have at least 10 cards from the new expansion in their decks. This will mean 10 individual cards from Perils in Paradise, five duplicates, or anything in between.

Hearthstone Perils in Paradise Twitch drops

According to Blizzard, turning in to the theorycrafting event on Twitch will result in up to two Perils in Paradise card packs. These drops will be enabled for the entire Hearthstone category between July 17 at 9 a.m. PDT to July 18 at 9 a.m. PDT.

Some casters will be featured in Hearthstone Twitch channel on July 17 from 9 a.m. PDT to 5 p.m. PDT as well. These will include Sottle, Raven, Lorinda, and Edelweiss.

More free Perils in Paradise card packs

The Perils in Paradise fun doesn't end there. After the theorycrafting event, Hearthstone will have a community day between July 19 at 9 a.m. PDT to July 21 at 9 a.m. PDT. This will let players earn up to 10 card packs by simply watching Hearthstone streams. These will include packs from Festival of Legends, TITANS, Showdown in the Badlands, Whizbang’s Workshop, and the Perils in Paradise itself.
