Ultron isn't just a seasonal villain. He's arriving as a playable character when Marvel Rivals Season 2.5 launches mid-way through the Hellfire Gala. His goal is to use his Ultron bots to disrupt the Hellfire Gala and put all humans and mutants alike to extinction. Ultron will need his abilities in Marvel Rivals to do so.

All of Ultron's abilities in Marvel Rivals
First, let's talk about what has been officially confirmed by Marvel Rivals devs. Ultron is the game's first flying Strategist. His primary has been confirmed to be unique in the game, and his character reveal video gives us a short peek at that.
His primary fire has six charges. Ultron fires a charging laser, and it seems to have decent range and is also hitscan.
We do not have the official descriptions of Ultron's abilities just yet, but here is a leaked ability screen. This seems to stay consistent with the abilities he used in the reveal video.
They give us a look at his energy beam attacks and healing abilities:
- Encephalo-Ray: Unleash a burning energy beam.
- Algorithm Correction: Hold Space to fall slowly.
- Imperative: Firewall: Summons drones to grant bonus Health to allies within range, centered on himself and the ally marked with Imperative: Patch
- Imperative: Patch: Command a giant drone to follow an ally, constantly healing allies in its radius, with additional healing for the designated ally.
- Dynamic Flight: Fly quickly in the direction of movement and then enter a free-flight mode.
- Rage of Ultron: Summon Ultron Drones to fire Encephalo-Rays, damaging enemies or healing allies.
Ultron fans can look forward to seeing a swarm of Ultron Drones arrive on the scene to dish out insane amounts of damage or provide masterful healing to the ally team.
