Which skin are you picking up with your hard-earned Units?
In Marvel Rivals, Chrono Tokens is the main reward for doing the Daily and Weekly challenges. Their main use is to progress through and claim rewards from the Battle Pass. However, if you regularly play, you'll eventually end up with a surplus of Chrono Tokens that have no use since they reset at the end of every Season. The recent Dev Vision video revealed that we'll be able to exchange Chrono Tokens for Units soon.

Exchanging Chrono Tokens for Units in Marvel Rivals
Marvel Rivals creative director Guangguang shared their plans to allow players to exchange Chrono Tokens for Units.
"We want to make sure that your gaming experience is marvelous, and that you never feel like you aren't rewarded for your efforts," said Guangguang on Dev Vision Vol. 04.
This new feature will only be available to players who purchase the Luxury Battle Pass and have claimed all rewards on it. Guangguang mentioned a "ratio" when discussing the new system, but did not provide any details. From this, we can expect that the conversion rate will not be 1:1.
Chrono Tokens are mainly earned from doing the Daily and Weekly challenges. As of the first half of Marvel Rivals Season 1, their only use is to claim rewards from the Battle Pass. The Chrono Token count is reset each season.
On the other hand, Units can be acquired from a plethora of sources, from earning Achievements to exchanging them from the paid currency Lattices.
Units are the currency used to purchase cosmetics in Marvel Rivals. For example, the recently released The Life Fantastic bundle for Invisible Woman goes for 2,200 Units in the in-game shop, while the 60th Anniversary Bundle containing the Life Fantastic skins for both Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic, alongside two each of emotes, nameplates, sprays, and MVP screens costs 2,800 Units.
