It’s time to crown the champion of the first BGMI event to be shown on TV.

After an intense league stage, 16 teams have made it to the finals of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS). The BGMS Finals will take place from July 13th to 17th to crown a champion.

BGMS Finals: Which teams have made it to the last stage?

The league stage of the BGMS was split into three weeks. Furthermore, each week consisted of the weekly qualifiers and the weekly finals. The top-16 teams from the weekly finals have made it to the last stage of the BGMS. These teams are as follows:

Where to watch the BGMS Finals 2022?

Besides having a huge prize pool of Rs. 15,000,000 (about $189,000), what really sets the BGMS apart is that the event is being broadcasted live on TV. Fans from across the country will be able to tune into the competition on the Star Sports 2 channel between 8:30 PM to 11 PM IST each day.

If you don’t have a cable connection, don’t worry as the event is also being broadcasted on Loco and Glance. You can tune into the stream in English, Hindi, or Tamil.

Which teams to look out for in the BGMS Finals?

The top three teams of the BGMS League Stage, namely XO, Orangutan, and Chemin Esports, will be one of the favorites to continue this performance in the finals. Team XO, which made history at the event by getting three back-to-back chicken dinners, will be hungry for the throne in the BGMS Finals.

Besides this, Team Soul are a fan favorite team who will be hungry for revenge in the BGMS Finals. The team recently won the Pro Series (BMPS) and are representing the region in the World Invitational (PMWI) in Saudi Arabia next month. While they put up a good show in the first two weeks, they failed to qualify for the weekly finals in week three.

Lastly, Enigma Gaming and GodLike Esports are two other teams to watch out for. While they put up a mediocre showing in the Launch week, week one, and week two, they completely turned their tides around in the penultimate week. Enigma Gaming amassed 144 points, the most out of any team in the finals, with GodLike at a close second place with 131 points.
