- April's Fool - Complete 14 Balanced Overwatch challenges.
- Prank Queue - Complete 5 games of Balanced Overwatch. Wins grant double the progress.
- Perfectly Balanced Support - Complete 2 games as any support hero in Balanced Overwatch.
- You've Been Blocked - Mitigate 2,000 damage in Balanced Overwatch.
- Perfectly Balanced Tank - Complete 2 games as any tank hero in Balanced Overwatch.
- Ultimate Fool: Tank - Use your ultimate 3 times playing as a tank hero in Balanced Overwatch.
- Ultimate Trickster - Use ultimates 10 times. Excludes Total Mayhem and co-op modes.
- Clinking Heads - Earn 15 eliminations/assists in Balanced Overwatch.
- Sic 'Em, Boys! - Deal 10,000 damage in Balanced Overwatch.
- Ultimate Fool: Damage - Use your ultimate 3 times playing as a damage hero in Balanced Overwatch.
- Not Fooling Around - Complete 10 games. Wins grant double the progress.
- Everyone's A DPS! - Deal or boost 5,000 damage with weapons. Excludes Total Mayhem and co-op modes.
- Ultimate Fool: Support - Use your ultimate 3 times playing as a support hero in Balanced Overwatch.
- Do I Have To? - Heal 5,000 damage in Balanced Overwatch.
- Updog - Emote "Hello" to a teammate.
- Perfectly Balanced Damage - Complete 2 games as any damage hero in Balanced Overwatch.

There are 17 Overwatch 2 April Fools' Day event challenges in total. You can access these by selecting the "Placeholder_Text" option in the main menu. Completing these grants rewards such as specific hero sprays and Battle Pass XP.
