Overwatch 2 Stadium ranks explained

The Stadium game mode has seven ranks in total. These are divided into leagues. Within each league are divisions. The leagues are Rookie, Novice, Contender, Elite, Pro, All-Star, and Legend.

This game mode uses its own ranking system as well, which means Stadium ranks are not the same as the Competitive Play ones. The ranked rewards are different, too. According to Blizzard, Stadium players can get new epic skins for certain heroes every season by reaching the Elite rank for each role.

In celebration of Stadium entering Overwatch 2 Season 16, however, players can get the epic All-Stars Juno skin by reaching the All-Star league in any role.

Overwatch 2 Stadium rank reset

Speaking of climbing, a player's Stadium rank gets reset at the start of every season. This means everyone starts at the bottom of the Rookie league before having to climb to higher divisions and leagues again. As players advance further, each league becomes more challenging with the risk of losing progress increasing, too.
