Ludwig’s Mogul Chessboxing Championship breaks all-time viewership record on his channel

Ludwig’s Mogul Chessboxing Championship attracted more than 315K peak views on his YouTube channel, breaking his all-time viewership record.

One of the most popular streamers on the planet, Ludwig Anders Ahgren just broke his all-time viewership record with the ongoing Mogul Chessboxing Championship.

After months of anticipation, the hyped Chessboxing event, featuring streamers and professional Chess players, kick-started in Galen Center, Los Angeles. Right after the show went live on the red platform, viewers started flooding in to witness the spectacle online. The event's viewership spiked up to 315,000+ concurrent views - breaking Ludwig's all-time viewership record.

His former record was 150K+ peak viewers, which was achieved during the internet-breaking face reveal by Minecraft YouTuber, Dream. Ludwig had jumped on the hype train and streamed a Dream face reveal watch party that went on to break his personal viewership record on YouTube.

There is no surprise that Ludwig is able to pull off the numbers with the Mogul Chessboxing Championship event. Alongside his top-notch production and enticing promotions, the participants are also popular influencers - a recipe for attraction. He is also already known for hosting ingenious events such as the Mogul Money Live and xQc's Juiced which have been very successful.

With more than 300K peak viewers, the Mogul Chessboxing Championship has already achieved milestones. We don't usually see this much viewership in Chess events and tournaments, but there are a couple of exceptions.

The Mogul Chessboxing Championship has yet to break the peak views set by Chess.com Pogchamps 3, a Chess tournament featuring top streamers like xQc, Pokimane, and Ludwig himself. This tournament, held in February 2021, accumulated 375K+ peak viewers. It even became the most-watched Chess tournament of all time - but only for a while.

Months later, World Chess Championship in 2021 went on to raise the bar extremely high. The championship which saw world champion, Magnus Carlsen successfully defend his title attracted 613K+ peak viewers.

But the show is far from over. The Mogul Chessboxing Championship is still live and there are chances that it can further raise Ludwig's viewership record. You can watch the Chessboxing event on Ludwig's YouTube channel.
