What are the allegations against Yung Filly?

Yung Filly is facing four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault including bodily harm, and one count of impeding a person's breathing usually by choking. He had allegedly assaulted a woman in her 20s in his hotel room just hours after performing a show at Bar1.

Yung Filly released on bail

After charges were pressed, the police extradited Yung Filly from Brisbane, Queensland to Perth to face the Perth Magistrates Court. During the initial court hearing, his lawyer successfully argued for bail.

The WA police prosecutor, Julius Depetro, deeply opposed of Filly's release. According to ABC News, he claimed that there was an "extremely strong" prosecution case supported by CCTV and photo evidence.

The prosecutor also provided photos to the magistrate, showing damning evidence of violent acts. "No ordinary person can consent in those circumstances," he said.
