You can now change your TEKKEN 8 main menu character!

If you have a favorite character in TEKKEN 8, then Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. just revealed a fantastic update.

According to an official post on the TEKKEN 8 social media account, you can now choose your favorite TEKKEN 8 character and have them displayed in the main menu! This pertains to all of the playable TEKKEN 8 fighters.

"You spoke, we heard. You can now select your favorite character to be displayed in the main menu of #TEKKEN8 - including ALL playable characters!" the post stated.

To do this, select "Options" from the main menu. Next, go into "Screen Settings." Then, choose the "Main Menu Character Display Settings" option and select a character and costume preset. Finally, press the "Confirm" button.

Fully customized characters are not part of this update. However, you can still show off your creations while duking it out against opponents. To get started, just visit TEKKEN 8's main menu and head to the "Customization" tab. Next, choose the "Character Customization" option, select your favorite fighter, and update their outfit.

There are lots of TEKKEN 8 character customization options, including a fighter's head, entire face, entire body, shoes, and more. You can get as creative as you want — if you're a fan of Tifa Lockhart, then you can even make your fighter resemble her.

If you love Bayonetta or 2B, then it's possible to create them in TEKKEN 8 as well.

In terms of a related TEKKEN 8 update, the game is getting a GENTLE MONSTER collaboration featuring INFERNO sunglasses. This item is arriving in the TEKKEN Shop on Oct. 1.
