If you are a fan of VALORANT and want to add more games like it to your library, we’ve got a few suggestions for you.

Gaming is a widespread phenomenon. Unless you're a pro who has to grind the same game all day long, you probably enjoy playing multiple titles. For those who enjoy the Riot Games first-person shooter, VALORANT, we've got you covered for games like it.

These are obviously their own games, with their own communities, and their own features. But if you want to try something different, yet similar to VALORANT, then these are the ones you need to add to your collection.

The top games to play if you like VALORANT

Counter-Strike 2

This is perhaps the most obvious choice. Many Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players made the switch to VALORANT when it released. Now, CS:GO is retired and we have its predecessor in the form of Counter-Strike 2.

If you like the 5v5 bombsite objective aspect of VALORANT, then CS2 is a game for you. There are no special abilities, but you have plenty of utility available that functions almost identically. Give it a try for something dark, grittier, and more rooted in reality.

Overwatch 2

Overwatch 2 is more like VALORANT in terms of the abilities. There are many unique characters you can master, and they all have special skills that set them apart. The pace is much quicker than that of VALORANT, however.

Still, a lot of Overwatch pros made the jump and are very successful professional VALORANT players. The teamwork and need to have crisp aim are mirrored points between the two games. Plus, they're both loud and colorful.

Quake Champions

Quake is one of the OG competitive first-person shooter games. If you like VALORANT or Overwatch 2, but want to up the pace even more, than the free-to-play Quake Champions is right up your alley. It is a wild time.

Instead of being a tactical shooter, Quake Champions is the epitome of an arena shooter. Characters still have abilities, making your choice matter. And in this one, your movement, positioning, and aim matter much more than many other FPS titles.

Team Fortress 2

Team Fortress 2 still holds up today, and it has a very dedicated fanbase keeping its servers kicking. The game started as a mod for Quake, but its standalone version is nearly two decades old at this point. Many believe it is the supreme FPS when it comes to having fun.

TF2 puts a heavy emphasis on class-based gameplay. Pick a class and stick to, unless you need to balance your team. Then you can argue about who will switch to ensure victory in the likes of capture the flag, team deathmatch, and king of the hill.

League of Legends

If you're familiar with League of Legends, you are probably wondering why it is on this list? Well, simply for the fact that it is another Riot Games property. If you like VALORANT, then League is a Riot Games title you must absolutely try.

It is a MOBA, a multiplayer online battle arena. There is a large number of champions to choose from in the game. And it is the most popular esport on the planet. Just take a chance with the game that set Riot up for success, so we could have VALORANT in the first place.
