Paper Rex finally officially revealed invy as the replacement for PatMen, and they took the chance to call out VALORANT esports leakers.

Paper Rex revealed Adrian "invy" Reyes as their newest pickup after the departure of Patrick "PatMen" Mendoza. In their announcement, the org also took some sneaky shots at VALORANT esports leakers and how they affected the invy deal.

Coming in from Team Secret, invy will be filling the recently vacated spot of his fellow Filipino, PatMen.

PatMen was an Initiator, and this meant a return to roots for invy. In his latter days with Team Secret, he was playing mostly Duelists, but most of his competitive games are on Initiators.

“As VALORANT matures beyond its 5th year, the VCT circuit is more competitive than ever, and we must evolve and iterate faster to achieve our goals. The coaches and players have worked hard over the offseason and determined that adding a seasoned player like invy to the PRX family allows us to upgrade our firepower,” said Paper Rex Chief Gaming Officer (CGO) Harley "dsn" Örvall.

As of the time of writing, PRX has already played two games with invy in the VALORANT Radiant International Invitational. He played Fade in both games.

With invy's signing, the Paper Rex VALORANT roster for VCT Pacific 2026 is:

  • Khalish “d4v41” Rusyaidee
  • Jason “f0rsakeN” Susanto
  • Ilia "something" Petrov
  • Wang “Jinggg” Jing Jie
  • Adrian “invy” Jiggs Reyes
  • Alexandre “alecks” Sallé (Head Coach)
  • Laijhun “Panda” Cheng (Performance Coach)
  • Ashton “Wendler” Wendler (Assistant Coach)
  • Kumeresan "Tommy" Ramani (Team Manager)

PRX vs VALORANT leakers

The announcement graphic looks simple at first, but the seemingly gibberish paragraph near the bottom of the graphic hides something more mischievous.

Reading the first letter of every word, it reads out [CERTAIN LEAKERS NEARLY RUINED THIS DEAL].

This refers to the fact that PatMen's departure and invy as his replacement were leaked to the public weeks before the announcement.

One known leaker in the space responded. "? I only reported it after I had 100% confirmation that they had verbal agreement and all parties had agreed to conditions. I’d like to know how my report affected the deal, unless it was just TS being b****y."

The responses to him and PRX's sudden animosity toward leakers were divided. Some condemn the leakers and how they can potentially affect deals and signings, similar to traditional sports. Meanwhile, other members of the community are expressing dismay at the orgs for poorly controlling information leaks.
