Riot games announced the release of a VCT LOCK//IN capsule featuring limited edition melee, spray, and cards. Let’s be real though, it’s all about the new knife.
Looking for new loot while the next VCT is going on? Riot has you covered with a brand-new, limited edition capsule. The highlight of the VALORANT VCT LOCK//IN capsule is an exclusive Misericórdia melee, a new VALORANT knife which will be available in four colors.
Each variant represents a different international league, with the red melee representing VALORANT Champions Tour. Riot announced the new items in a blog post today, in preparation for LOCK//IN.

The VCT LOCK/IN capsule bundle
Riot is celebrating the biggest VCT tournament to date with a number of rad color variants. This includes:
- Green color variant - VCT Americas
- VCT Pacific - Blue color variant
- Purple color variant - VCT EMEA
- VALORANT Champions Tour - Red color variant
Alongside the new VALORANT Misericórdia knife, the capsule will feature regionally themed cards for you to express your regional pride. These VCT LOCK/INN capsules will capture the flavor of every region.
Finally, the capsule contains Brazil-themed VAMOS! spray, to celebrate the host country of the LOCK//IN tournament. Of course it's Raze. Just watch out for that friendly-fire Blast Pack.
Riot to split the revenue with participating teams
By purchasing the capsule, you can directly support the teams participating in the 2023 LOCK//IN tournament. 50% of all revenue earned from the collection will be shared among the 32 VCT partner teams. The exclusive bundle will only be on sale from Feb. 8th to March 7th and won’t return to the Store or Night Market.
The biggest VALORANT esports tournament to date kicks will take place in São Paulo, Brazil, on February 13th.
