A new season of World of Warcraft (WoW) is arriving soon. Read on for the official WoW Dragonflight Season 4 release date plus details what you can expect in terms of content.

WoW Dragonflight Season 4 release date

The release date for WoW Dragonflight Season 4 is April 23. This follows the end of Season 3, which ends on April 22 at 10 p.m. PDT. After some maintenance, Season 4 starts right away on April 23.

Season 4 of WoW Dragonflight features revisited raids, a new PvP season, Mythic+ season, plus rewards galore, according to the game's 2024 roadmap. The season also has eight dungeons with improved pacing, as noted by the Season 4 PTR update.

WoW Antique Bronze Bullion, raids, and mounts

Meanwhile, players can get through some PvE and PvP content and earn fresh rewards. These rewards are purchasable through either the new Antique Bronze Bullion currency or the Awakened gear upgrade track.

Those who complete all three Awakened raids on Normal can get the Voyaging Wildering dynamic flying mount. The Awakened achievement title is also up for grabs upon completion of the Dragonriding Awakened raids on Heroic. Don't forget about the Infinite Armoredon mount, which is available after getting the Dragonflight Keystone Master: Season 4 achievement.

Additionally, players who complete the Awakened raids on Mythic can get Path Portals to the three raids. "All three raids will also drop a new tier token to exchange for new tier pieces with the appearance and bonus combination that players voted for," according to Blizzard.
