Caesar King was added as a playable Agent in Zenless Zone Zero version 1.2! Here's a guide to all the Caesar King trust events in ZZZ.
Caesar King Tape Requirement: Last Flight
To progress Caesar King's Trust past Friendly, she will ask for the "Last Flight" tape.
Last Flight is automatically acquired once you reach Video Store Level 5. This might take some time for newer players, but if you've spent a considerable amount of time in the game, you are probably already at this level.
Caesar King will send a DM requesting the tape and then collect it in person in Random Play.
Caesar King Trust Event Guide
To begin the Caesar King Trust Events in ZZZ, you must obtain Caesar King, complete the Main Story "Leisurely Lull: Unexpected New Customers," (unlocked after Main Story Chapter 4), and read her DM afterward.
Maxing out her Trust Event and doing all of the rank-up quests will reward you with the Caesar King Dynamic Wallpaper, among other rewards.
Lower Level, Blazewood
You are guaranteed (at least) a Trust Increase.
