Yes, you can play Diablo 4 with your friends. After launching Diablo 4, press the "O" on your keyboard to see who's playing the game. Next, click on a friend to either invite them to your party or request to join their group.

How do you make a party in Diablo 4?
If your friend is already in a party, then the "Invite to party" option will be unavailable. Make sure to complete the Diablo 4 prologue if you wish to group up as well. When you send out a party invite, your friend has the option to accept it and then appear next to your character in the "Social" menu.
