ESL’s DreamLeague S19 will host the world’s best Dota 2 teams this coming April where they compete for a slice of the $1 million prize pool.
We have a new professional circuit by ESL FACEIT coming our way this April 9. This will feature the worlds' best teams across all competitive Dota 2 regions. ESL has just announced the team lineup and it looks extremely stacked with multiple TI champions and world powerhouses in the league. All invited teams for DreamLeague S19
DreamLeague gives a different number of slots to different regions. There are 4 slots for WEU, 3 for NA, 2 for SEA, 2 for SA, 2 for EEU, and 2 for CN. The teams comprise mainly the best names in every region including TI champions - Tundra Esports and Team Spirit.

What is the ESL Pro Tour?
The ESL Pro Tour is a new pro circuit created by ESL FACEIT which is backed by Saudi Arabia. The pro circuit hosts two online tournaments named DreamLeague and each of these hosts a $1 million dollar prize pool. This is only a slice of the huge $45 million USD prize pool for the entire Gamers8 festival which also hosts other esports titles such as CS:GO.
DreamLeague S19 will run on April 9-23, 2023. Meanwhile, the second online tournament, DreamLeague Season 20, will take place on June 7-25, 2023.
Road to Riyadh Masters - a $15 million grand tour
The DreamLeague events lead up to the grand tournament, Riyadh Masters, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This LAN event hosts a gigantic prize pool of $15 million dollars for Dota 2 which is significantly more than the standard Dota 2 Majors and third-party events.
A total of 20 teams will compete in this tournament. The winner and runner-up of each DreamLeague tournament will receive a direct invite to Riyadh Masters. The rest of the teams will be determined by ESL's own ELO ranking which you can refer to here.
