Overwatch 2 Talantis map

Talantis is a control map in Overwatch 2 that's accessible through Arcade mode between April 25 through May 8. It features jump pads, an underwater theme, and lots of death traps. It's a five-versus-five map, and the goal is to control the point in a best-of-three match.

Players can take the long route to reach enemies or they can use the green jump pads to launch themselves into the air for faster travel. Just make sure to not fall off the map.

Talantis map strategy

At the Talantis control point, there are even more death traps located on the ground. When these circles open, they can result in a fall and an instant trip to spawn. Meanwhile, there's higher ground near the point that can give players an advantage. However, enemies can also reach that spot.

Overwatch 2 heroes such as Lucio can gain an advantage in this map thanks to his knockback. For example, he can boop enemies into the water if positioned correctly. Meanwhile, Tracer can use her Recall ability if she's about to fall off the map.

Another strategy is to group up and coordinate with your team. Using the same jump pad, for example, launches everyone to a targeted area. To win the match, secure the control point twice by reaching 100% on them.
