Since Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Set 11 Inkborn Fables' release, there has been a dominance in reroll compositions, both 2 and 3-cost. In the latest B-patch, 3-cost reroll compositions such as Yone reroll and Duelist reroll that benefit from level 7 odds and Titan's Resolve are very prevalent.



Additionally, 4-cost carry compositions are less prominent than what is considered healthy for the game. While Kai'sa carry functions at level 8 and caps well at level 9, it is harder to compete with the reroll meta with any other level 8 and 9 standard composition. 



Many of the changes in the large upcoming patch remedies the state of the meta to expand the diversity of playstyles and meta compositions.

TFT Patch 14.8 Notes: Set 11 Inkborn Fables

Depending on the region you are located in, TFT patch 14.8 will be available on live servers earlier than your global counterparts. At the latest, everyone should be playing Set 11 Inkborn Fables patch 14.8 on April 17, as early as 5 a.m. local time. For regions that span across multiple time zones like North America (NA), that time will range a few hours.

By the time this countdown finishes, all other major regions aside from NA will be live with the latest patch. Servers will go down for maintenance for the new patch at the normal timing cycle. For NA, this means servers become unavailable at 1:30 a.m. PDT. Starting at 3 a.m. PDT, maintenance for TFT patch 14.8. Then as early as 5 or 6 a.m. PDT, NA can continue their TFT Set 11 ranked journey.

When does TFT patch 14.8 release? - Answered

TFT patch 14.9 preview: New artifacts and support items

TFT (Teamfight Tactics) Tip Tuesday is finally back. Today, we're teaching you how to take full advantage of the UI tools available in-game. TFT has come a long way since Set 1's UI and there's so much information at your disposal that you may or may not be aware of. Without further ado, learn what tools you can utilize in your own ranked climb! 



TFT Tip Tuesday: Using the Snapshot Tool



The Snapshot UI Tool in TFT



The first tip we would like to introduce is the snapshot function inside the team planner. To access the team planner, go to the top right of the UI interface and click the button to the left of the settings cogwheel symbol. The team planner will show up, allowing you to put together the team composition you would like to play and also adding a designated symbol when those units show up in your shops. If you are building off of your current board, then you can click on the snapshot in the top right of the team planner. This will automatically take the units that are currently on your board and put them into your team planner. 







From there, click "Confirm" to keep these units in your team planner, and then add in any more units you would like. Without clicking "Confirm," the highlighted units that were added through the Snapshot function will disappear after exiting the team planner. 



TFT Tip Tuesday: Checking your Inkshadow Tattoos



Knowing what Inkshadow tattoos you have available to you in your current game can help you plan out how you're going to itemize and what team comps you'll play toward. There are a few easy ways to check what they are from the get-go. 



Team Planner







The best way to do it, especially if you don't find an early Inkshadow unit, AKA Jax, is to go into your team planner. Your team planner can be accessed on the top right UI next to the settings button. Add Jax to your team planner by clicking on his icon and hovering over the Inkshadow trait. Then, you can see which Inkshadow tattoos you will have access

TFT Tip Tuesday: How to Utilize the UI Tools

Teamfight Tactics (TFT) had one of its biggest patches of Set 11, Inkborn Fables on April 17. However, with the nerfs to reroll 3-cost compositions and Senna and buffs to Gnar, composition diversity shrank instead of widening.

There were buffs across the board to many 4-cost units, but it wasn't enough to stop Kai'sa compositions to be overwhelmingly present in the meta. The balance team is acting fast to remedy the situation and bring about more composition viability. Nerfs to many aspects of the Kai'sa line aims to achieve that goal. As players have figured out how to optimize fortune, it became abundantly clear to use fortune rewards to play towards Kai'sa compositions. This nerf should reduce the power of Fortune in general, which also keeps the Fortune to Kai'sa pipeline more in check.

Passive Attack Damage (AD) per stack reduced from 4% to 2.5%



Passive max stacks increased from 25 to 40




Although the maximum stack total AD is net neutral, this is a nerf as it slows down the rate at which Gnar's AD will scale throughout the duration of a fight. It's not a full revert to his previous patch numbers, but it's relatively close.

Campfires have been around for quite some time now. In fact, they were originally an item players could throw down to heal themselves. Now, though, the game has dispersed multiple campfires around the map, allowing those who find them a chance to revive themselves.

South of Pleasant Plaza



Head to Pleasant Plaza and then take a quick trip south of the popular POI. You'll find a campfire just below the town.

Restored Reels has two campfires within its range. One is east of the POI, placed on the center island in the middle of the lake. The other is just north of Restored Reels, right across the river.

A little trek north of Reckless Railways and you'll have yourself at another campfire location. Travel across the river and to the snow mountains and you will discover another campfire waiting to be lit.

Directly east of Classy Courts is another campfire. It's at the bottom of the mountains, just next to the massive lake. Swim through the water or hike around it, whichever suits you best.

Fortnite update: Everything confirmed for 29.30



The 29.30 Fortnite update has a lot of content for players to explore. Obviously, the Battle Royale mode is the most popular, so let's talk about everything we can expect for next week.



Return of the Tactical AR in Fortnite update



The Tactical AR is officially making its return to the Fortnite island. While this gun's bloom may be a bit heavier than other ARs, it has a fire rate that makes other guns look weak. Not only that, but its scope abilities will give players a chance to really hone in on their sights. 







The gun was first released back in Chapter 1, and since that has been seen on the island multiple times. This, however, will be the first time the gun has been available with interchangeable scopes. 



LEGO Fortnite Edit Styles



Edit Styles are officially coming to LEGO Fortnite. This means your favorite skins that have multiple options in the Battle Royale, will now also include multiple options in LEGO Fortnite.







Details on the new Edit Styles in LEGO Fortnite have not yet been released, so whether or not every skin will have them is unknown. 



Fortnite Festival Season 3



Probably the biggest news for next week is the release of Fortnite Festival Season 3. This means a brand new Icon Artist will be emerging, giving players a whole new list of songs to choose from.

Three long years have passed since Kratos, The God of War, last appeared in the Fortnite Item Shop. Players have clamored for a return, but Epic Games has been reluctant to unleash Kratos to the masses. However, considering the theme of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, many believe Kratos is coming back to Fortnite soon. Here is everything we know about when The God of War may return.

For this information, we turn to reliable Fortnite leaker HYPEX, who is usually correct about theories and leaks. On April 11, HYPEX theorized that Kratos could return to Fortnite for the sixth anniversary of God of War (2018). The game launched on April 20, 2018, giving players a look at an older version of Kratos with the same unadulterated aggression. 



Roughly two years after the game launched, Epic Games collaborated with Sony to give Kratos an in-game Fortnite skin and other cosmetics. Sure enough, it was an instant hit, but Kratos has been absent from the Item Shop since March 19, 2021.



Although HYPEX's theory is unconfirmed, it's at least something to look toward as Epic Games continues rolling out Item Shops daily. 






Why do people want Kratos back so badly?









Beyond being one of the most famous video game characters ever, Kratos's Fortnite Pickaxe has become a staple in players' loadouts. Many streamers and competitors, including NickEh30, have made Leviathan Axe their primary. It's safe to say that Fortnite fans are eager to get their hands on this Pickaxe again.

When is Kratos coming back to Fortnite? Answered

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is back with another The King of Fighters collaboration! This is the third edition of this exciting collab and in the upcoming KOF collab, Moonton will introduce three new skins for the heroes in the Land of Dawn. When is the MLBB x KOF event date?



The MLBB x KOF collaboration is expected to arrive on April 24th and lasts until May 31st, 2024.



According to the Major Events tab in the Mobile Legends game itself, a new event is coming soon and this particular one will introduce new skins. As we head to the specified date, Moonton reveals that the MLBB x KOF collaboration is kickstarting soon. Putting two and two together, it is likely that the collaboration is the hinted event which will start in two more weeks! Excitingly, the collab event will also last more than a month!

Moonton officially reveals the three heroes with the brand new KOF skins: Masha as Mai, Valir as Kyo, and Paquito as Terry. Some fans are happy that Masha is finally getting an expensive skin which can boost the hero into popularity. Kyo fits well into the Valir aesthetics and Terry being a fist-fighter fits well for Paquito.

MLBB x KOF: Event date, new skins, and more details!

Healing items in Fortnite are vital to success. You have Shield Potions, Mini Shield Potions, Medkits, Bandages, Slurp Barrels, and more. Although, said healing items aren't always easy to come by. Sometimes, you wander the map to find something to top off your health or shield. That's where a Mending Machine can come in handy, and today, we will explain where you can find these helpful Fortnite resources.



Where can I find a Mending Machine in Fortnite?







Unfortunately, the answer to that question is not as simple as we'd like. In past seasons, Mending Machines and Vending Machines were entirely separate, but that is not true in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. Instead, there is a randomness involved in finding a Mending Machine.



To explain this further, Vending Machines, Mending Machines, and Malfunctioning Vending Machines have a set spawn location. However, what spawns where is entirely random. That means you may find a Vending Machine in one location during one match and a Mending Machine in that exact location during another match.

Thanks to Fortnite.GG, the work is made a bit easier by referring to the map above. Your best approach would be to land where multiple Vending Machines spawn. That way, you may get lucky and find a Mending Machine in a Fortnite match.






How to complete the "Purchase a Patch Up" service Quest







Players looking for a Mending Machine in Fortnite are likely doing so to complete the "Purchase a Patch Up service" Week 6 Quest. If you manage to locate one, this is straightforward. Each Machine offers one of three services, as the screenshot below outlines.







You can complete the Quest referenced above by purchasing the Patch Up option for 100 Gold Bars. Another option is to find the Peely or Katara NPC located south of Restored Reels and east of the Summit Base Camp. Both characters offer a Patch-up service.
