Apex Legends has inspired a lot of cosplayers since its release. But which Apex Legends cosplays are the best? Those can be found here!

Ever since Apex Legends launched in 2019, legions of fans have been inspired to cosplay its ever-increasing cast of characters. The attention to detail, dedication, and work put into every Apex Legends cosplay is an absolute feat. The cosplays featured below especially stand out from the crowd and are absolutely (pardon the pun) legendary.

Gibraltar

Sledgehammer Creative (SledgeTexas)

This cosplay truly looks like the character stepped out from the Apex Games into the real world. Sledgehammer Creative is Gibraltar. It’s not too surprising that this Gibby looks so good, especially when you see Sledgehammer’s other cosplays like Barret Wallace from Final Fantasy VII and their various Mortal Kombat cosplays.

Loba

Sosenka (itlookslikekilled) Lisa (LuminaLisa), and Kamiterzieva (kamiterzieva)

Loba is an extremely popular Legend in Apex for, uh, reasons. Because of that, she’s a pretty popular character to cosplay as well. Featured here are three different cosplayers who each made amazing costumes, especially LuminaLisa for her Bootlegger Skin and Kamiterzieva for absolutely fantastic makeup and hair.

Lifeline

KayBear (kayyybearxo)

If you’ve seen any other list of best Apex Legends cosplays, then you’ve seen this Lifeline by KayBear. That’s for good reason! This cosplay from 2019 pays so much attention to the tiniest details of Lifeline’s in-game model. Even the gloves that KayBear uses that hang off of Lifeline’s hips have the same tiny yellow lining. This is such an early cosplay that, so far, remains unmatched.

Octane

Erin Ball (erinballcircus) and Aaron Vindua (marriedmakers)

This Octane cosplay was featured at an EA Play event in 2019 with Henchmen Studios. What is particularly special about this Octane is that Erin Ball is a double amputee and a circus performer. Additionally, Aaron Vindua, an artist for Henchmen Studios, designed the legs around Ball’s prosthetic for a comfortable and amazingly detailed look. In an interview about the process of making the cosplay, Ball also spoke about the importance of representation in cosplay and how anyone can do it.

Horizon

Jemima "Littlejem" (littlejem4)

In a partnership with Respawn for Apex Legends' third anniversary, Jemima “Littlejem” built a stunning Horizon cosplay. The costume also features a detachable and incredibly detailed N.E.W.T. on the back. Littlejem is a prolific cosplayer with countless cosplays to mention. Most recently, she made a moving BD-1 droid from PVC, foam, electronics, and 3D-printed parts!

Crypto

Grey Cosplay (greysanchn)

Another cosplayer that worked with Henchmen Studios, this Crypto features an incredible jaw and ear mold alongside a perfect outfit ensemble. Grey Cosplay mostly cosplays various anime characters across a wide selection of genres, but this Crypto is possibly his best.

Wraith

Sarah Lewis (robot_giggles), Fumika (fumika_owo), and Anna "Aeicos" (aeicos)

Wraith, the original Apex Legends main character, has been around since the very beginning and because of that also has a huge selection of in-game skins. These three cosplayers each chose one of Wraith’s iconic skins and made them perfectly. The Warlord skin by robot_giggles is particularly stunning because of her hair and makeup work.

Wattson

Cosplamy (u/cosplamy) and Skadifox (u/skadifox)

Wattson is a fan-favorite character, and with her cute aesthetic and fun personality, it's no wonder why that's the case. These are outfits are perfect for placing fences around the map to herd your enemies or just for a day of placing Nessies. Here are two cosplayers that absolutely nailed the Wattson look down to every orange zipper and black strap.

Bloodhound

Baguettea Cosplay (u/Norivanna) and Astronautgecko (u/astronautgecko)

One of the original Legends released with Apex Legends in 2019, this non-binary hunter has a very unique design that makes for a slightly more difficult cosplay. However, that only makes the following cosplays even more impressive.

Mad Maggie

Hyoooviolate (hyoooviolate) and Beau "bittenbadger" (u/bittenbadger)

With such a fun punk design, Mad Maggie makes the perfect candidate for a cosplay. Below are two cosplays, one by hyoooviolate, a cosplayer who has also made fantastic Octane and Valkyrie costumes. The other is by Reddit user u/bittenbadger, who has also cosplayed Vantage!

Revenant

Stefanie Drew (stefiedrew) and Henchmen Studios (HenchStudios)

The spindly murder bot, Revenant, seems like a cosplay that would be impossible to pull off. However, the combined powers of Stefanie Drew and Henchman Studios created a scary-accurate Revenant. This cosplay was featured at the last ALGS LAN in Raleigh, NC and the ominous presence of Revenant was slightly undercut by the fact that Stefanie couldn't see through her mask and had to be led off the stage by Wattson.

Mirage

Firadeuz (u/firadeuz) and Denshimyr (denshimyr)

The more the merrier for Mirage cosplayers. The back-to-back pose of this combined Mirage cosplay makes the possibility of being bamboozled increasingly likely. However, you could always keep a porkchop on hand to prevent that from happening.

Seer

William Knight (william__knight) and (m4stiff)

The man who reached viral fame after an inspirational video featured a weirdly cut-off scream also became famous for his uncanny similar appearance to Apex Legends character Seer. William Knight worked in collaboration with Twitter user m4stiff to create his Apex Legends cosplay. He also frequently cosplays Pucci from Jojos Bizzare Adventure.

Rampart

Issabel (issabelcosplay)

Rampart is an especially hard character to cosplay, mostly because of her gigantic turret gun named Sheila that she carries on her back. However, that didn't stop Issabel Cosplay from creating a showstopping Rampart, Sheila and all. Additionally, Issabel Cosplay is a prolific cosplayer who has appeared as a huge range of characters, including Viper from VALORANT for VCTEMEA.

Lastly, special shoutout to Henchman Studios, who create the fantastic cosplays seen at every Respawn event!
