The organization signed three players who were the core of KOI. These players later competed as Rogue for a few weeks. LeonGids and Deapek signed with FNATIC R6 from the core team that won the Six Major Berlin tournament in 2022 with Rogue.

Former MNM player Tyrant also joined FNATIC R6 alongside young talent Jeggz. The British organization arrived in Europe with representation from its home country by two players and a coach as well.

FNATIC and Rainbow Six Siege

FNATIC began its adventure in the game in 2018 by signing the Australian squad that was from Mindfreak. During the organization's visit to the region, the team revealed Jake "Virtue" Grannan. As a Six Invitational champion, the player left FNATIC to join G2 in March 2020.

In 2022, FNATIC signed the core players of Ex-GUTS Gaming, a squad made up of Japanese players. FNATIC's visit to R6 across the Asian continent was marked by an experience below expectations. FNATIC failed to qualify for any Major or Six Invitational during this period.
