After duking it out between Nov. 14 and Nov. 16, Riot Games crowned the winner of the Teamfight Tactics (TFT) K.O. Coliseum Tactician's Crown. Congratulations to WithoutYou! By claiming victory with a total of 36 points, the Taiwanese player secured the lion's share of $470,000 USD and earned major recognition for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

According to caster Chu "Clement Chu" Kai-hsin, WithoutYou has always been a strong player. However, he had to balance a day job and doubted even his own qualifications. Yet with encouragement and support from his team, he was able to fully commit to pursuing TFT esports.
"You know, I've known WithoutYou since Set 9," Clement Chu said. "He was the best player then, but he had a day job. He didn't think that he was qualified enough to actually quit it and just pursue his dreams."
He continued, adding that it took a lot of convincing. This year, the team helped him find an organization despite ongoing doubts from others. "And I always told them, 'WithoutYou is actually the smartest one of the group.' There [are] so many players that have worked with him -- that have been better because of his insight."

The TFT Set 15 Tactician's Crown winner himself also shared his thoughts about his journey to the top. In Chinese, WithoutYou said that he's really happy and still in disbelief. With his hands shaking from excitement, he described how he prepared going into the tournament, too. It involved maintaining a normal rhythm by focusing on going to bed and waking up on time.
When asked about when he realized he had a chance to take home the gold, WithoutYou talked about scouting the lobbies early and noticing many strong opponents being selected quickly. Therefore, he had to go for a Cashout and Double Down with the Crystal on 3-5. He then revealed that the moment truly felt he had a chance to win was when he eliminated weimuluoqiu.
The player then expressed his gratitude by thanking his family and all the staff made the tournaments run smoothly.
"When I think of our region, our region has been always improving," WithoutYou continued, with the translation courtesy of Clement Chu. "I feel like I am just the person that is riding the wave going forward. I am lucky to be the one that is at the helm of the ship, and we are just starting to steer out of the dock. This is the beginning of a journey. I have so many different people that I want to thank that at the moment, I can't make concrete thoughts about them all to send out. But I just want to thank everyone and say how lucky I am."
