In a post-match interview, Cdew revealed some insights about the WoW AWC Cup 2 bracket compared to the first event. He mentioned the rivalry with the Golden Guardians and how it's good to enter matches with a level head.

"We're feeling pretty good. We got second the last tourney, so we just kind of wanted to regather ourselves and make sure that we were able to win this time," Cdew said. "I would say we've maybe got a little lucky because Golden Guardians double-knocked us out last week. So for them to get knocked out by someone else this week — it made it a little bit easier for us. So we're pretty happy with like how the bracket turned out for us."

He also shared his thoughts on the WoW AWC Mid-Season Clash, emphasizing that it's going to be an NA versus EU battle and adding that he wants NA to look like a good region as a whole.

"I would say that this is the first time in a while where it doesn't really seem like there's one team that seems super dominant," Cdew added. "I would say The Moves' RPS seems super scary. I think the EU teams might have trouble into that. It doesn't really seem like there's too much Boomy/Rogue over there, So I think that's kind of like a curveball as well — is the comp actually good? Because I feel like people don't really like Boomkins over there."

Typically, the WoW AWC broadcast would have a post-match chat with a player from EU's winning team. However, since Merce from Chibaku Tensei was unable to do the interview on camera, he shared some insights beforehand.

According to Merce, Dragonflight Season 3 has been the most enjoyable season he's played since 2019. This is because it offers a very dynamic experience. For example, all of the different compositions encourage more creativity whenever his team is preparing for a match.

That's all for now. The WoW esports matches will continue next month with the Gauntlet and Mid-Season Clash! Until then, stick around on esports.gg for more news and updates.
