The Garden is an unexpected map, but one you can fully explore
For most of Avowed, you're told there are four total maps that you can visit. While that's mostly true, there is a final secret map called The Garden where a majority of the final story events take place in Avowed.
The Garden is a fairly large map and features the most unique loot out of any map in the game. You can also find several other points of interest that you might not expect to find in The Garden. So, to make sure you don't miss out on any additional content, you can see the fully uncovered map for The Garden along with the locations for all possible points of interest.
Full The Garden Map in Avowed
As you might expect, The Garden isn't as big of a map as the previous four you've experienced in Avowed. However, it features plenty of secret areas and winding paths that make it larger than you might originally assume. To fully explore The Garden, you want to ensure you're going down every visible path, which can involve climbing on tree roots, going underwater, and unlocking doors that require electricity from Essence Generators.
While you can blow through The Garden and simply follow your quest markers to quickly complete the story events, you will likely miss out on plenty of unique items and exclusive content. If you don't want that to happen to you, check out the fully uncovered The Garden map below:
As you can see, there are a couple of Party Camp waystones that allow you to easily fast travel around The Garden. One of those Party Camp waystones is integral in finding and using the Sarcophagus Key, which we've covered in a previous guide.
In addition to the waystones, you can explore four distinct areas in The Garden. One of them is only accessible during the story events, but the rest are fully explorable from the moment you step foot on the map.

Strangled Adra
- You can find the final Strangled Adra in Avowed by going up a balcony that overlooks the Broken Aqueduct area of The Garden
The Voice's Memory
- The last Voice Memory you can experience is located inside the large building to the south of the Broken Aqueduct text on the map
Companion Quests
- There are four Companion quest areas that allow your companions to experience the events of their past and fully come to peace with them. These are marked by a large blue icon on your map and the icons appear as you explore the map more
In addition to those points of interest, you can find several chests that contain unique weapons and armor. While you might already have a kitted-out set of weapons and armor, it never hurts to add more to your inventory since the game doesn't end after the events of The Garden.
