The FENG 82 is one of the most unique weapons in Black Ops 6.
The Season 2 update has arrived in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and delivered a plethora of new content. One of the major pieces of content are three weapons available through the Battle Pass. The first weapon you'll unlock on the Battle Pass is the FENG 82, a slow-firing light machine gun that has the potential to break into the multiplayer meta with the right loadout.

Best FENG 82 loadout in BO6 multiplayer
The main drawback to using the FENG 82 in Black Ops 6 is its incredibly slow fire rate. However, in exchange for that stat, the LMG also has some of the best damage and accuracy stats in the class. While this is a decent tradeoff, it can make designing a loadout for the FENG 82 slightly challenging.
You can see what attachments we've selected for the FENG 82 below:
- Optic: Jason Armory 2x
- Muzzle: Compensator
- Barrel: Reinforced Barrel
- Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
- Fire Mods: Rapid Fire
This loadout improves both firepower and accuracy while only slighting reducing handling, but that's not too important for an LMG. The attachments begin with the Jason Armory 2x optic, which is great for mid-range, but you can swap it out with any optic you prefer more.
Moving on, we have the Compensator and the Vertical Foregrip to help eliminate vertical and horizontal recoil control, respectively. Then, the Reinforced Barrel comes in to improve both damage range and bullet velocity.
Rounding out the loadout is the Rapid Fire mod. The biggest weakness of the FENG 82 is its slow rate of fire, so throwing Rapid Fire on is the best way to get rid of that weakness. However, the mod also decreases damage range and adds recoil, so there's certainly a tradeoff with using the attachment. If you find the tradeoff isn't worth it, we recommend adding a Rear Grip or the Extended Mag I in its place.
