The Model L is a top contender in Ranked Play.

Despite being banned by the professional players in the Call of Duty League, the Model L assault rifle has made it into Black Ops 6 Ranked Play. For the time being, you can use the Model L across any game mode in Ranked Play, which is quite the boon.

The Model L is among the strongest assault rifles in multiplayer and features a devastating loadout that can beam enemies from any distance. To see the loadout you should be using for the Model L in Ranked Play, check out the guide below.

Attachments for the best Model L loadout in Ranked Play

While the Model L is banned by pros, there's a general set of attachments that all ARs use in Black Ops 6 from a competitive standpoint. Using these attachments, we can craft a solid loadout for the Model L that rivals any other AR in the game.

This is the most basic Model L loadout you can make in Ranked Play, but it's the one that gets the job done in the best way. All of your key stats on the AR are buffed, making it even stronger at longer ranges and more competitive at close range.

While we still don't recommend challenging SMGs up close, the Model L can deal with anything you throw at it. You're free to swap out the Kepler Microflex with another optic if you prefer, but the rest of the loadout is rock solid. You have the Compensator and Vertical Foregrip for recoil control, the Reinforced Barrel for added damage and bullet velocity, and the Commando Grip to improve mobility.

With that Model L loadout, you can feel confident going into any Ranked Play match. However, if you feel like using an SMG, make sure to check out our other guide on the best Jackal PDW loadout for Ranked.
