Mustang and Sally is a classic dual-wielded M1911 pair from Call of Duty Zombies that sort of makes a return in Black Ops 6. It first appeared in a crossover with The Walking Dead with its given name, but has become an iconic way to dish out some pain to the undead.
It isn't a weapon you can just load in with, however. And it also goes by the name of Sally and Forth in Black Ops 6 Zombies. So, if you want to get the modernized version of the Mustang and Sally, we will show you how.

This could take some time if you don't know where to look. Thankfully, we're here to point you in the right direction. Here are all of the steps you need to take to get the Mustang and Sally successor known as Sally and Forth in Black Ops 6 Zombies:
- Unlock the GS45 pistol at level 28 and make it your starting Zombies weapon
- Level up the GS45 to level 31
- Make the Akimbo attachment the Stock option
- Load into a game of Black Ops 6 Zombies
- Earn enough Essence to open any doors/gates and access the Pack-a-Punch machine
- Pack-a-Punch the Akimbo GS45 for 5,000 Essence to turn them into the Sally and Forth
That's all there is to it, as you'll get the new version of the Mustang and Sally in Black Ops 6 Zombies to deal huge damage. The set of pistols shoot explosive rounds, so make sure you grab the PHD Flopper Perk to become immune to your own explosive damage.
As well, you can Pack-a-Punch it two more times for 15,000 and 30,000 Essence, respectively. This will up its power even more. On top of that, make sure you gather enough Salvage to hit up the Arsenal box and ensure your Sally and Forth are Legendary tier for an unstoppable pair of pistols.
