Season 2 Reloaded is the next major update in Black Ops 7, so when can you expect it to arrive?
Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone has gotten off to a fantastic start, with the update delivering a slew of content across all game modes. We've seen a stacked Battle Pass, three new weapons, several multiplayer maps, Ranked Play, and new updates to Warzone, Zombies, and Endgame, all in a matter of a couple of weeks. However, as the cycle goes, players are now looking forward to Season 2 Reloaded in Black Ops 7 and Warzone.
The Season 2 Reloaded update promises to deliver even more content, but when can we expect it to arrive? You'll find a solid answer to that question in the guide below.
Season 2 Reloaded release date in Black Ops 7 and Warzone
At the time of writing, Activision or Treyarch hasn't confirmed exactly when Season 2 Reloaded is arriving. It's only two weeks past the release date of Season 2, so it'd be highly unusual to see a launch date confirmation so early.
However, we do know when Reloaded updates usually come out, and we also know how long Season 2 is scheduled to last. Using this information, we can make a decent guess as to when Season 2 Reloaded will launch.
Season 2 is set to last a total of 55 days, meaning that the halfway point of the season is around 27 days. From the time of writing, it's been two weeks since the launch of the new season, meaning we have two weeks to go before the halfway point. If Activision sticks to this release date model, then we can expect Season 2 Reloaded to arrive on Thursday, March 5, or Thursday, March 12 in Black Ops 7 and Warzone. We can also assume a Double XP Weekend would be released in conjunction with the update.
Major updates are always released on a Thursday, so these two dates are the most likely. As for which one is more probable, March 12 would give the developers more time to plan the update, which is set to deliver the new Blackout experience in Warzone and plenty of multiplayer content in BO7.
However, Treyarch could speed up the timeline and release the update on March 5. At this point, any guess between the two dates is pure speculation, but it'd be very surprising to see Season 2 Reloaded launch on any other date besides March 5 or 12.
