Warzone is offline, but there’s a good reason why.
Call of Duty: Warzone is fairly good at staying online most of the time, but there are some days when the game will go offline for one reason or another. Perhaps Steam or PlayStation Network goes down and causes Warzone to go down with it, or the COD servers are simply not working properly. In any case, Warzone does have the potential to go down from time to time.
However, if you're trying to log in on April 2 or 3 and getting a message saying that Warzone is offline, there's a specific reason as to why that's happening. You can see why Warzone is down and when it's coming back online in the guide below.

Why is Warzone offline on April 2 or 3?

To keep it brief, you won't be able to log in to Warzone for a large majority of the day on April 2 and for the morning hours of April 3 (US time). Warzone is going offline starting at 9 a.m. PT on April 2 and staying down until 9 a.m. PT on April 3. During that period, the entire game will be unplayable for all players, regardless of your system or connection.
The reason for this downtime is the Season 3 update in Warzone and Black Ops 6. The Season 3 update is arriving in Black Ops 6 on April 2 at 9 a.m. PT, but it's not launching in Warzone at that time. Instead, Warzone will be taken offline until April 3 and then launch its Season 3 update at 9 a.m. PT on that day.
This is in large part due to the arrival of the classic Verdansk map in Warzone. Activision is clearly planning for a large number of players to log on at the same time to play Verdansk again, and it wants to ensure the servers aren't overloaded with other players trying to play the new update in Black Ops 6.
So, for 24 hours on April 2-3, you will be unable to access Warzone. Starting at 9 a.m. PT on April 3, you can log back in and experience the entire Season 3 update. However, we must warn you that the servers still might not work properly, so you could be waiting well past the initial launch time to play.

If you're looking for something to do on April 2-3, Black Ops 6 is having a free-to-play session during this time. You also want to make sure you visit the Warzone menu at least once during its downtime, as you can unlock the Kilo 141 assault rifle for free by doing so.
