Check out our Eternal Sugar cookie build guide, including the best Toppings, Beascuits, and team compositions in Cookie Run: Kingdom.
The fourth Beast cookie, Eternal Sugar, arrives in Cookie Run: Kingdom (CRK) to shake up the meta. Don’t be fooled by her laid-back personality, as she can be a menace in so many ways. This is due to a mix of self-sustain and poison-type damage on her kit. She even grows stronger the more allies fall in battle.
With that said, you might be curious about how you can build her properly. Here is an Eternal Sugar build guide and which Toppings and Beascuit to use in Cookie Run: Kingdom.
Skill breakdown for Eternal Sugar Cookie in CRK
Skill Description
Eternal Sugar Cookie floats atop a cotton candy cloud, restoring her own HP, and gains an HP Shield and Immunity. She summons a Saccharine Breeze, Charming enemies, and deals Periodic Damage. Affected enemies suffer from the Delightful Temptation debuff, while Immune targets receive damage. Afterwards, the sugar coating cracks, dealing damage and putting enemies into an Enchanted state. Enchanted's duration increases based on the number of Delightful Temptation stacks. When Enchantment is dispelled, its duration is over, or the target is immune, the effect changes to Laxness. If the target is immune, they receive additional damage.
Eternal Sugar Cookie's mythic beauty makes enemies who deal damage to her gain the Guilt debuff. At maximum stacks, Guilt will deal damage to the target in proportion to their ATK. The target will also receive Increased Damage and Reduced Healing.
At the start of a battle, Eternal Sugar Cookie will appear floating atop a cotton candy cloud, surrounded by her Cotton Candy Angels. The Cotton Candy Angels will follow the rest of the team, buffing them and themselves, and dealing damage and debuffing the enemies. The fewer team members are left on the battlefield, the stronger this effect becomes. Eternal Sugar Cookie herself is resistant to Charm, Enchantment, and Laxness.

Swift Chocolate Toppings Eternal Sugar Cookie

This build is more focused on PVP efficiency. The more she can cast her skills, the less the enemy can cast their skill due to her ability to slow down cooldown timers with the Laziness debuff.
The toppings should have the following stats:
- Full Cooldown Toppings with Cooldown Tart
- Cooldown, ATK, or DMG Resist Substats
Try and get your Cooldown stat to at least 25% to get that 1-second initial cooldown on her skill. Don’t over-index on the cooldown, though. Cooldown has diminishing returns and will lower your overall damage.
Searing Raspberry Toppings Eternal Sugar Cookie

This Eternal Sugar build in Cookie Run Kingdom can still be used in PvP, but her casting can be a bit slow. The Raspberry build is more for PvE content. However, you still need to try and get a bit of cooldown for her initial cooldown at the start of battles.
The toppings should have the following stats:
- Full ATK Toppings with ATK Tart
- Cooldown, ATK, or DMG Resist Substats
If you have some Indolent Toppings, you can get those instead of regular ones. They have a higher chance of getting better stats for your Eternal Sugar cookie. You can get Indolent Toppings from events or in the in-game shop. The Mysterious Toppings also includes the Indolent type in its selection.
Best Beascuit for Eternal Sugar Cookie

The best Beascuit for Eternal Sugar Cookie in CRK is the one with DMG Resist Bypass. However, you can always go for either Poison DMG or ATK if you can’t get all four slots filled with the recommended stat.
- Spicy Beascuit
- Full Damage Resist Bypass
- Secondary Option: ATK, Poison DMG, Cooldown

- Fire Spirit, Snapdragon, Eternal Sugar, Shadow Milk, Awakened Hollyberry
