Live, top-tier CS2 returns to the Portuguese capital for the first time since 2022.
The CS2 2025 circuit continues to Denmark and Portugal in mid-March with the BLAST Open Spring 2025 event. This is BLAST's second main event for 2025 after Spirit took home the trophy at BLAST Bounty in January.
Teams head to the Copenhagen studio first, with the playoff qualifiers making the flight to Lisbon, Portugal on March 28. The MEO Arena played host to top-tier CS in 2022 — it's a return three years in the making.

BLAST Open Spring 2025 format and teams

BLAST kicks off its second big CS2 event for 2025 in the Copenhagen studio from March 19 to 26. The 16 attendees will be split into two groups of eight and will play through a double-elimination, best-of-three bracket.
The top two teams from the upper bracket final both qualify for playoffs with the winner starting in the semifinals. The upper bracket final loser and the lower bracket survivor start the playoffs in the quarterfinals.
Our final six then head to the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal for the live playoff finals from March 28 to 30. A single-elimination bracket will sort through the remaining six until one is left standing. This event will not use the Bounty system we saw in January and February.
