When can console players finally hop on Delta Force?
Over the last couple of months, Delta Force has cemented itself as one of the premier shooters in the PC market. Combining the extraction shooter genre with Battlefield-esque game modes has been a revelation for many gamers who were looking for something new and exciting. However, up to this point, only PC players have gotten to experience Delta Force, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox users looking on from the sidelines.
Fortunately, the developers at Team Jade have confirmed Delta Force is eventually coming to consoles. This includes the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and even mobile devices. With the dawn of a new year, many Delta Force fans are hopeful the console releases aren't too far away. Delta Force release dates on PS5 and Xbox
As of right now, all we have are rumors regarding when Delta Force is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. According to the developers, the timeline for a console release is slated for Q1 2025. This means it could launch anytime from January to the end of March. However, rumors have stated there might be a delay in the works for the console ports.
This comes on the heels of the Delta Force mobile release date getting pushed back to April 24, 2025. While this doesn't confirm the console ports will be delayed, it doesn't instill confidence in the Q1 release date.
If we are to see PlayStation and Xbox consoles get access to Delta Force in Q1, it will likely be near the end of March. This gives the developers the most time possible to polish any bugs and ensure that performance can meet the basic standards. You have to consider that Delta Force is still in beta, so the developers presumably have to squash more bugs than they would for a full release.

What about the Nintendo Switch?
If you're a Nintendo Switch user, then you're seemingly out of luck when it comes to Delta Force. The developers haven't said a word about a Switch port, so it seems highly unlikely that the console will get access to the shooter.
This is primarily due to the Switch's poor performance, in all likelihood. Maybe Delta Force could launch on the Nintendo Switch 2 when it comes out later this year, but we'll have to wait and see.
