Join the Fortnite Community Goal event to unlock free rewards!
Fortnite has launched a new event called Community Goal following the recent v31.20 update. Players who enroll in the Community Goal event can unlock free in-game rewards, including a Wrap, Spray, Banner Icon, and more. This article explains how you can participate and earn these rewards.
How to enroll in the Fortnite Community Goal event
If the free Fortnite rewards grabbed your attention, you can head to the official Community Goal website to begin. Once you have navigated to this page, your next step is to log in to your Epic Games account. It's worth noting that you must have an account to begin unlocking the rewards mentioned earlier.
After logging in to your account, you will instantly unlock the Banner Icon. Then, you can continue retrieving the additional cosmetic items by playing Fortnite.
The Community Goal Fortnite event works on a "Badge" system, which you will receive for merely surviving Storm Circles in-game. For every three Storm Circles survived, you will earn one Badge toward your progression.
There is also a collective Community aspect, hence the name, where all enrolled players who survive Storm Circles will count toward three milestones. There are three cosmetics tied to these milestones.
Here's a recap of those steps:
- Navigate to the Community Goal Fortnite website.
- Log in to your Epic Games account.
- Play Fortnite and earn Badges by surviving Storm Circles.
