Fortnite Sticky Grenade Launcher: Stats, locations, and how to use

This is a weapon you will want to carry.

Fortnite’s latest hotfix introduced two new items: the Shield Breaker EMP Grenade, which we have already covered, and the Sticky Grenade Launcher. The Grenade Launcher figures to be one of the best weapons of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 based on early impressions.

The Sticky Grenade Launcher deals significant damage to opponents and structures. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Grenade Launcher.

What is the Fortnite Sticky Grenade Launcher?

Unlike Fortnite’s other Grenade Launchers, the Sticky version lives up to its name. Upon firing, it sticks to anything in its path, including enemy players and buildings.

Both functions can be helpful in a Battle Royale match to pressure players and put them on their back foot. The Sticky Grenade Launcher utilizes Rocket ammo and can fire four shots before you must reload.

It comes in two rarities, Legendary and Epic, with the Legendary version being more powerful.

Here are some other notes per iFireMonkey:

  • Spawns in Hot Spot Drones, Floor Loot, Holo Chests, Normal/Rare Chests, and Heist Baga
  • Grenades deal up to 75 damage to opponents
  • Grenades deal up to 281 damage to builds

Sticky Launcher stats and gameplay

The video above showcases the damage capabilities of the Sticky Grenade Launcher. In only two shots, an entire brick building explodes. Just one Grenade will destroy a whole 4x4 wooden structure.

In terms of damage to players, the Sticky Grenade Launcher can deal 65 damage on hit with an additional 10 damage if a Grenade sticks to your opponent.
