We’ve got you covered with everything there is to know about the ranked system in NetEase Game’s shooter, FragPunk!

FragPunk has its fun modes, it casual main mode, and of course, a ranked system for you to grind. It isn't immediately available to players. You'll need to unlock access. And once you do, you'll be on your way to Punkmaster.

Let's go over how the system works and everything you need to know.

How to unlock ranked in FragPunk

To unlock ranked, you have to level up your account. It won't be accessible to anyone until the account reaches level 30.

Leveling up won't take you that long. We put in a couple hours of games over the first day of launch and hit it pretty quickly. Just perform well in your Shard Clash games and you'll be on your way.

How does the ranked system work in FragPunk?

If you play the competitive mode in other games, you'll be familiar with how it operates. The FragPunk ranked system is a simple one where you earn points to climb through the various ranks. There are five placement matches to put you where the game thinks you belong, however.

There is one twist, as the game has a regular Ranked Shard Clash queue for Platinum and under, with Shard Clash Advanced for Diamond and above. Advanced is where a Card Captain is chosen and pick/bans are in place. Rounds are also extended to 11.

There are multiple divisions for you to advance through in the FragPunk ranked system. Here they are in order:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum
  • Diamond
  • Master
  • Punkmaster

You'll need to win game after game to reach the upper echelons of the ranked mode, so good luck!
