One of the best way to farm loot in Borderlands 4.
The ability to replay missions has been one of the most requested features from Borderlands fans over the years, and Borderlands 4 has finally delivered it. You can replay most missions in the game, including main story and side quests, to farm bosses or just experience the mission again.
However, in order to take advantage of the feature, you have to know where to look and what the restrictions are with replaying missions. You can see everything you need to know about how to replay missions in Borderlands 4 in the guide below.
Replay missions in Borderlands 4
Fortunately, there's not much to actually replaying a certain mission in Borderlands 4. All you have to do is open your ECHO menu, go to the "Missions" tab, and then scroll over to the "Replay" section at the top-left of the screen. Here, you can see every mission you've completed and all of the missions that you can currently replay.
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see all of the missions that can't be replayed. Most of the time, a mission is unable to be replayed due to farming exploits. Some of the unreplayable missions would be too easy to farm legendary loot from. One primary example is Vend of the Line, which rewards you with a free legendary weapon. If you were to replay that mission over and over, you'd receive way too many legendaries. However, you should still complete Vend of the Line, as it's a terrific side quest in Borderlands 4.
The other unreplayable missions are mainly story missions that change some aspect of the map, or the mission simply wouldn't make sense to play again. Other than that, though, you're able to replay a majority of the missions you come across in Borderlands 4. This includes some story missions, side quests, and even the Primordial Vault missions that see you complete wave-based challenges inside of a real vault.
Naturally, replaying missions is a great way to farm loot, especially if the mission features a tough boss fight or it's short enough to complete over and over again. Of course, you'll get plenty of chances to farm loot once you reach the endgame of Borderlands 4, so don't spend too much time farming the same mission.
