Here’s all the planned content for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Before the launch of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the developers are already looking to the future. Warhorse Studios has released a complete post-launch roadmap for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 that shows players exactly what's in store for the RPG.
The roadmap contains planned updates as well as three DLCs that players can expect at different times throughout 2025. As players who experienced the original Kingdom Come know, Warhorse Studios can deliver some fantastic expansions and DLC, so hopefully the developers can recapture some of the post-launch magic from the first game.
You can see the full roadmap for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 in the guide below.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Post-Launch Roadmap
So far, the roadmap for the RPG features three free updates that will introduce gameplay features and three paid expansions. The expansions are included in the Expansion Pass, which comes free with the Gold and Collector's Editions of the game.
However, if you just purchase the Standard Edition, you'll have to purchase the DLCs separately or buy the Expansion Pass. We don't know how much the DLCs will cost by themselves, but if they're full expansions, you can expect to pay around $15-20 for each.
Below, you'll find the full roadmap for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2:

First off, the free updates are all coming during the springtime of 2025, which means they could arrive starting in March or come near the end of May. The updates currently planned include a Barber feature, which will allow you to give Henry different hairstyles, a Hardcore Mode, and Horse Racing. Hardcore Mode will likely only give you one life, meaning if you die, the game is over.
Finally, Horse Racing is the last free update. Some fans were hoping for jousting competitions in addition to racing, but for now, it seems like races are all that's coming to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
As for the expansions, three are coming starting in summer and ending in the winter. Each expansion looks significantly different from the others, presumably giving players vastly contrasting gameplay experiences in each. All we know about the expansions so far is their release windows and names.
However, Warhorse Studios stipulates that the release windows for all DLC are subject to change.
