- Go to riotgames.com.
- Sign in to your account if you aren't logged in yet. Do this by clicking the "Sign In" button at the top right of the screen or tapping the hamburger (☰) menu icon, then "Sign In."
- Access your Account Settings. You can do this in a handful of ways, depending on your device:
- Directly go to account.riotgames.com.
- Hover over your username in the top-right of your screen, then click "Settings."
- Tap the hamburger (☰) menu icon, tap your username, then tap "Settings."
- Scroll down to "Communications Preferences" and make sure the checkmark next to "Communication from Riot Games" is checked.
Check the email linked to your Riot Games account in the coming days for your League of Legends 2024 Recall! If you're worried about receiving spammy emails from Riot after turning this option on, you can always turn it off after you get your League 2024 Recall.
How do I check which email is linked with my Riot Games account?
In the same Account Settings as above (Step 3), you can head over to the Personal Information section to see the linked email, albeit partially redacted. If this isn't enough for you to recognize which email you linked, or you have lost access to this email since, you can fill in the same email address field with a new email address that you have access to.
After doing so, you can click "Save and Verify" to redirect your League 2024 Recall to this new email address instead.
