It is explicitly said how to claim your rewards, but the steps are very simple. You can get your hands on them as soon as you join in. The process is the same whether you're on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store or playing on console via PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S.
Follow these steps to grab your Marvel Rivals beta test rewards:
- Load into Marvel Rivals on your platform of choice
- From the home screen, find the envelope icon at the top right
- Open that icon to access the in-game mail screen
- Look for the mail item labeled "Marvel Rivals Test Rewards"
- Read through it and press the big yellow "Claim" button
- Press Continue when it says your items have been acquired
