The process is not a hard one, but it may be long depending on your skills with the loveable shark's abilities. You'll have to play a lot of his new mode to obtain the costume. Here are the steps to get Jeff's Cuddly Fuzzlefin skin for free in Marvel Rivals:
- Play the limited-time mode "Jeff's Winter Splash Festival"
- Complete event Missions in that mode to obtain Silver Frost and Gold Frost
- Use the Frost to upgrade decorations on the event page and earn points
- Earn 500 points to finish the reward track and get the Cuddly Fuzzlefin skin
That's all there is to it. Just take note that not all unlocks are available immediately. More Missions open up over time as the Winter Celebration rolls on, so it seems they're purposely making you wait to unlock the skin.
